Shipping Information:
We process the orders in the order they are received and ship within 48 hours.(only for stocked products)
Most of the products on our website are being drop-shipped through the manufacturers/distributers and may take up to between 2-5 days for us to provide you the shipping information.
Order Cancellation:
Our shipping department processes the orders as soon as they are received. In case of cancellation request, the customer should contact us by email at sales@eraymedical.com , info@eraymedical.com or by phone at 631-750 0938-39 within the next 3 hours after the purchase is made . Cancellation requests after three (3) hours will not be accepted if the product has been shipped out or will be subject to 20% re-stocking fee plus the return shipping cost.
Returns: Return procedure may vary based on the manufacturer's/supplier's return policy.
