Most of our items are in-stock however, the website inventory is not real time please contact us about the availability if you in a rush. In-Stock items are usually shipped on the same day for orders received before 3pm EST. Orders received on a Saturday or a Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. Orders received on a national holiday will be shipped on the following business day.

Made-to-order items such as tables, chairs, desks, stands, lamps and other furniture may take up to 3 weeks to ship depending on the manufacturer and these items will ship unassembled. Contact us before placing your order online on such item's to discuss detailed specifications and customized delivery options available for you. We are an online business only and we do not offer any on-site service such as repair, installation and demonstration. These items may be non-returnable.


For your convenience, your order will be followed by two emails. You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after your order is placed. You will also receive an invoice email along with your tracking number as soon as the order is shipped.


There is no additional charge on most of our products to these states except for the medical furniture and over-sized items. We do ship to P.O. boxes using USPS however not every item is eligible for it. If you must use P.O. Boxes, please contact us.


Eray Medical Supplies, Inc. uses USPS for international shipments. Other carriers, such as FedEx, TNT, UPS, DbSchenker can be arranged depending on the item size or customer preference.
