For those feeling the lingering effects of an old sports injury to those suffering with chronic shoulder pain at night, the MedCline Shoulder Relief System allows you to once again sleep comfortably on your side. The components of the Shoulder Relief System, which includes the Shoulder Relief Wedge and Therapeutic Body Pillow, work together to prop you up just high enough to take the pressure off your downside arm and shoulder. The patented arm pocket of the Shoulder Relief Wedge can be used on either your right or left side. The stuffing of the Therapeutic Body Pillow can be adjusted, so you can find what's most comfortable for you.
Acting as your own personal mattress topper, the MedCline System is simply placed on top of your mattress. At 45" long, the System creates a gradual 5-8 degree angle (6' tall) and measures in at 28" wide to allow you to turn over easily throughout the night. The MedCline Shoulder Relief System takes up of a queen-sized bed.

The small Reflux Relief System has the same patented arm pocket but is shorter in length so will be more effective for you. The MedCline will most likely be too big for you. For those over 6'2, we recommend the large MedCline Reflux Relief System (found here) as a better option for your shoulder relief. The large Reflux Relief System will provide more clearance for your shoulder, which will make it more effective for you.
Those suffering with nighttime acid reflux (GERD) or laryngopharyngeal reflux (LPR)/silent reflux are encouraged to purchase the MedCline Reflux Relief System (instead of the MedCline Shoulder Relief System) as a higher level of elevation (15-20 degrees) is often needed to relieve nocturnal GERD symptoms.
